Memory Nurse, Band 6

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a community psychiatric nurse to join our fully established Memory Service in Bromley.

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic RMN with previous Community CPN experience or with experience in memory services.

The team has been established for a number of years and is affiliated to the Memory Services National Accreditation Programme, it’s a fun team to work in with a strong emphasis on team working.  The successful post holder will work as part of a busy memory service, carrying out assessments, follow up appointments, group work and carry a large caseload. The post holder will need to be motivated and passionate about Dementia care and or working with Older People. They will need excellent communication skills, the ability to be flexible, work proactively and work well as part of a team.
